Mix flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, salt in a large mixing bowl. Add 2tbl. Olive oil and water. Make a dough.
Spread the dough in a well greased 13x9 pan.
Cover and let rise until double, 30 - 45 minutes should do it
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all through the risen dough in even increments about 2 inches apart.
Drizzle or brush remaining olive oil over dough and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Allow to rise for an additional 15 minutes.
While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 375.
Bake for 35 to 40 mins. Serve warm.
