     Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
2 pkgs chopped frozen broccoli cooked/drain
6 tablespoonfuls butter
1/4 cup chopped onions or more
2 tablespoonfuls flour
1/2 cup water or broccoli juice
8 oz velvetta cheese
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
 

Instructions
Cook broccoli and drain. Cook together butter, onions, flour, water or juice. Add Velvetta cheese in small pieces to above mixture until all melted. Beat 3 eggs and add to broccoli. Add onion/cheese mixture to broccoli.
Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs and grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
