Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None
Servings   24

Ingredients
2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 jar grey poupon mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp honey
salt & pepper

Instructions
To prepare the tenderloin bites, cut the pork tenderloin into half-inch rounds. Place them on a cookie tray. Salt and pepper them and put them in your oven using the broiler at 350. Cook the first side for about two min.
Take the tray out of the oven and turn over each piece. Then salt and pepper them again. Next, coat each piece with the mustard. Sprinkle on a small amount of honey.
Place about three to four raisins on top, then sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
Place the tray back into the oven for two to three min. until the brown sugar has melted, then serve hot as finger foods.
