     Good for You Muffins

Ingredients
3 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c wheat flour
1 c brown sugar
6 T All Bran
2 t cinnamon
3 t baking pwd
1 1/2 t baking soda
2 c milk
1 1/2 c oil
 
2 eggs (beaten)
Can add-
2 unsweetened cups of applesauce (about 1/2 c)
1-2 mashed bananas
dates
cranberries
blueberries
chopped nuts

Instructions
Bake at 400 for 15 min.
