     Cream of Tomato Soup

1/4 lb butter
1 lg onion
3 lbs. fresh tomatoes
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 t brown sugar

Brown butter, saute onion. Peel and puree tomatoes. Add together, simmer 1/2 hour, stirring Occasionally.
Season with salt and sweet basil, add 1 cream, brown sugar.
