In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and mushrooms
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, cheeses, flour, butter and baking powder. Stir in mushrooms, onions, chilies and sausage. Transfer to two greased, 9 in. round baking dishes.
May freeze at this point. Prior to baking sprinkle with parm cheese. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min.
Garnish with pepper strips if desired.
