Open Tube of Pizza dough, roll out and cut in 4 even square sections. Take all the cold cuts and cheeses and lay 2 slices of each (may need more of the pepperoni depending on how small they are) across the dough. Evenly...First 2 ham, then on top salami, and so on ending with Mozzarella.

Next spoon some ricotta cheese down the center of each one in a straight line. Then layer over that cut up pieces of roasted red peppers.

Roll up the dough forming a pinwheel of sorts. When done rolling make sure the connecting seam is pushed together tight. You also want to take the extra dough on the edges that are open and pull together top to reach bottom. Will not look pretty..but is necessary that all is sealed inside the dough so that it doesn't ooze out during cooking. Lay down on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam or the like. Make sure it is seam side down and edges are all sealed.

Brush top with olive oil. Make a mixture of spices and parmesean cheese in a baggie or little bowl. About tablespoon or two of cheese and the rest about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon. Mix them all together and then sprinkle and pat them down on the top of the dough into the olive oil. Bake according to instructions on the Dough Tube. I think it is 20 minutes at 425..but you would have to check. When they come out..slice and eat. You can eat plain or dip them in a Marinara sauce.
SOOOOOO GOOD! If there are certain ingredients you don't like..take them out. If you like other things add them in. VERY forgiving recipe. I love PESTO and I spoon that over the ricotta cheese.
This is a GREAT recipe to make if you are going to a party. Prep it all but don't cook it and when you get there throw in the hostesses oven for the recommended time. So simple and people love it.
