     Vegetarian Haggis

Ingredients
Refried Beans
Quorn / Soy / Replacement Meat
Onion
Vegetable Stock
Carrot
Chilli
Kidney Beans
Lemon Juice
Thyme
 
Rosemary
Oats
Soy Sauce
Sunflower Oil / Olive oil
Mushrooms
Crushed Chestnuts (if possible)
Hazelnuts
Eggs

Instructions
Sautee the onion until browned at around 180C. Then throw in the carrots, mushrooms with the crushed chestnuts. Cook for five minutes.
Throw in a quarter of the vegetable stock. Stir in the refried beans, hazelnuts and chillis. Then stir in the kidney beans and add another half of the vegetable stock. Allow simmer.
Add in the rosemary, thyme, ground clove. Then the lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir in the replacement meat / soy. Throw in the eggs.
Pour in the remainder of the stock and mix in the oats.
