     German Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 white round potato per person
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
6 pieces bacon
1/2c water
1/2c apple cider vinegar
1/4c sugar
salt
celery seed
 

Instructions
Boil potatoes in skin, cool, peel and chunk. In skillet, fry out bacon, let bacon cool and chop. In remaining bacon grease add all ingredients and let boil. Add sugar to taste.
Allow to cook down - about 30 minutes. Add salt and celery seed to taste. If too sour, add more water.
