     Southwestern Chicken Pie

Ingredients
1 pkg refrigerated pie crust
2 cooked chicken breast - seasoned to tast and cut into bite sized pieces
1/2c uncooked instant rice
1 can black beans - drained and rinsed
1 can corn - drained
4oz can diced green chiles
1 small can sliced black olives
1c sour cream
1c Rotel tomatoes - drained
 
2c shredded cheddar cheese
1t garlic powder
1t cumin
1/2t salt
1/2t pepper

Instructions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into crust lined pie dish. Top with second crust and flute; cut slits in several places; brush top with beaten egg. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
