2 sticks butter
3 1/4c plus 1T flour
1t baking powder
1c water
1/2t salt

Melt butter and water together and cool thoroughly. Add flour, salt and baking powder to cooled mixture. Stir into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Remove 1 hour before using.
