     Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
3 C water
12 oz beer
1 C minced onion
4 C potatoes cut into small pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar
 

Instructions
Combine water beer, bouillo cubes and onion. Boil covered 20 min. or until onion is tender. Add potatoes and continue boiling on medium heat for 20 min. or until potatoes are fully cooked. Turn heat to low and add cream of chicken soup and stir until smooth. Add velveeta and shredded cheddar and stir until fully melted.
