Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Rinse fish, then pat dry. Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with Pam.
Place fish in the glass pan, fork salmon and pour beer over it, spray fish with Pam, then
generously shake steak salt and garlic salt to cover the fish. If you want, drizzle a bit of fresh
lemon juice over the fish. Spray with Pam again.
For a more savory flavor, drop 4-6 flakes of thinly sliced margarine on the fish.
Bake in oven at 375 for 18-22 minutes or until fish is done in the center. ENJOY!
