Baked Salmon/Steelhead Trout

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   5 minutes
Wine/Beverage
Recommendations
  dry white wine

Ingredients
-
salmon or Steelhead trout (pink fish)
-
steak salt (I like the spicy montreal kind)
-
garlic salt
-
Pam cooking spray
-
lemon juice (optional)
-
margarine (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse fish, then pat dry. Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with Pam.
Place fish in the glass pan, spray fish with Pam, then generously shake steak salt and garlic salt to cover the fish. If you want, drizzle a bit of fresh lemon juice over the fish. Spray with Pam again.
For a more savory flavor, drop 4-6 flakes of thinly sliced margarine on the fish.
Bake in oven at 375 for 18-22 minutes or until fish is done in the center. ENJOY!
