     Lindey's Cheese Cake

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 stick butter at room temperature
pinch salt
3 tablespoons sour cream
5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons each grated lemon peel and orange peel
1/4 teaspoons vanilla
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. For crust- Blend all ingredients in food processor until forms ball. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface, and press into 10-inch greased and floured spring-form pan, using your fingers to push dough about 1/3 way up the sides of pan.
Using fork, poke holes all over crust. Place crust in 400-degree preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven and turn oven to 500 degrees.
For filling- Blend all ingredients together in food processor until smooth. Pour into crush. Place in 500-degree oven and bake 10 minutes.
Turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake 1 hour. Cool on rack until room temperature, then place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
