     Hamburger SteaK

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 eggs
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 350. Mix beef, pepper, celery, onion, garlic, eggs, seasoning salt. Form into patties; roll in flour or meal. Place in 9x13 baking dish and pour mushroom soup over them. Bake about 1 hour. Makes 6 generous servings.
