Spray 9x13 glass baking dish w/cooking spray. Mix ham, uncooked hashbrown potatoes, 1 c shredded cheese in dish - spread evenly. In bowl, stir Bisquick, pepper, milk & eggs - wisk unitl well blended. Pour over potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover & refridgerate at least 4 but no more than 24 hours. Heat oven to 375. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes until golden brown along edges and cheese is melted.
