     Cream Puffs

Ingredients
1 c boiling water
1/2 tsp salt
1.2 c oleo
 

Instructions
put in sauce pand and bring to boild, water, salt and oleo. After oleo has melted and micture is boiling, remove from hear and Immediatley add. Beat like mad until better is cool and seperates. after cooled add 4 eggs one at a time. Beat like mad each time until all shine leaves batter.
Cool in fridge for 30-45 min. THEN drop onto unfreased cookie sheet by small spoon fulls. Place into pre heated oven at 450 for 20 min then reduce the heat to 350 for 20 min until puffs rise and golfen brown.
Add your facortie filling or jelly and frost if desired filling or jelly and frost. if desired dilling and frosting on other side.
