     Speedway Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
1/4 c olove oil
1 T black pepper
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp herb chicken seasoning
1 tsp lemon-pepper
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 T yellow mustard
2-3 T BBQ sauce
1/4 c zesty Italian dressing
 
8 boneless chicken breast
8 slices extra sharp provalone cheese
1/4 c butter, softened
Instructions
In a mixing bowl combine olive oil, pepper, garlic, chicken seasoning, lemon-pepper, worcestershire sauce, mustard, BBQ and italian dressing. Mix thoroughly, then pour into a 1 gallon bag. Place chicken in the bag and squish to coat. Marinate for up to 4 hours.
Cook chicken on grill over med heat. Place cheese on chicken. Toast buns on top rack and build sandwich tomato, lettuce, mayo.
