Grease a 12 inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Set aside. In large bowl, mix 2 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Set aside.
In saucepan, heat water, milk and butter to 120-130 degrees. Add warm liquids and eggs to flour mixture. Blend at low speed till moist; beat 3 mins at med speed. By hand mix in remaining flour to form a stiff batter.
In small bowl, combine filling ingredients and mix well. Spoon half of batter into bundt pan, filling evenly. Spoon filling evenly over batter to within one half inch from edges of pan. Spoon remaining batter over filling and cover pan with towel. Rise 30 mins.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 mins until golden.
Serve warm. Best served right from oven.
