Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
|
|
|
|
Blanch your green beans for about 3 minutes then give them an ice bath.Dry the beans then toss the green beans in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
|
|
|
|
Bundle 5 or 6 green beans togehter and use a piece of bacon to wrap around the bundle and tie.
|
|
|
|
Place in a roasting pan and roast for 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.
Enjoy!
