2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 cloves garlic, chopped
|

2 T rosemary
|

1 T lemon juice
|

1/2 cup chicken stock
|

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
|
|
|
Cover each breast with garlic and rosemary. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and squeeze lemon over chicken.
|
|
|
Pour chicken stock in a 9x13 pan or dish, place chicken in. Cover pan with foil.
|
|
|
Bake 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
