     Pork Tenderloin Parmesan

Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin
3 Tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 tsp. vegetable oil
 

Instructions
Cut tenderloin into 12 slices, approximately 3/4 inch thick. Flatten each slice with the heel of your hand to 1/2 inch thick.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Dredge pork slices to coat. Heat oil over medium high heat. Saute pork for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
