|
Peel and quarter potatoes and place in large pot with just enough water to cover and 1/2t. salt.

Over high heat, bring to a boil. Once boiling lower heat to medium-low and cook, covered until very tender (about 20 to 25 min).

|
Drain. mash potatoes, working out all or most lumps.
|
|
|
Add butter, 1/2t. salt and milk. Whip with fork until smooth. Add pepper and garlic or wasabi powder to taste.
