     Green Tea Cobbler

Ingredients
Crust-
3c. flower
3/4c. white and brown sugar
3t. baking powder
14T. butter
3/4c. hot green tea
Caramel Sauce-
About 6 fruits of your choice
 
zest of 1 lemon
10T. butter
3/8c. white and brown sugar
1 1/2t. cinnamon
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2t. cornstarch
vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all crust ingredients in bowl with hands.
Prepare 9x13in. casserole dish and cover base with fruit. Cover fruit with lemon zest.
In pan cook butter, both sugars, cinnamon, lemon juice, cornstarch and dash of vanilla. Cover fruit with caramel sauce and cook for 10 min.
Cover fruit with dough and cook for 20 to 25 min. Let rest 10 min.
