Ingredients
6 jalapenos; stemmed
1/4c. blanched and sliced almonds or pine nuts
1/2c. diced red onions
1/4c. extra-virgin olive oil
 
Instructions
Blacken jalapenos in broiler or on BBQ.
Take skin off jalapenos.
Mix all ingredients in food processor, then slowly drizzle in oil while stirring.
Serving Suggestions
Fish or chicken
