     Dad's Mai Tai

Ingredients
1oz. light rum
3/4oz. meyers dark rum
pineapple juice
orgeat (almond) syrup
orange curacao
bitters
151
 
Instructions
Add both rums over ice.
Fill within 1/2 or 3/4in. from rim with pineapple juice.
Splash orgeat syrup. 3 shakes curacao. 4 shakes bitters. 151 floater.
Serving Suggestions
Garnish with orange slice, maraschino cherry and mint sprig
