Ingredients

 1-1/2 cups milk
-
 3 eggs

 1-1/2 cups sifted flour

 2 tablespoons sugar

 1/2 teaspoon salt

 5 tablespoons melted butter
 
Instructions
In a large bowl,mix together milk,eggs,and vanilla.Stir in flour,sugar,salt,ad melted butter until well blended.Heat a pan over medium heat.Coat with coooking spray.Pour one-fourth of batter into pan and tip to spread batter to the edges.Flip when edges are dry.Cook until golden brown.repeat with remaining batter.fill with cream cheese and your favorite fruit.
