     Green Chili Egg Bake

Ingredients
10 eggs
½ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 pint or 2 cups/16 oz cottage cheese small curd
1 lb (16 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ c melted butter
2 cans chopped green chiles
 
Instructions
Beat eggs, mix all the rest. Blend until smooth. Grease pyrex. Bake 350 degrees for 30 mins. Set time for 25 mins and check.
