Ingredients

 1 gallon apple cider
-
 1 gallon apple juice
-
 11 cinnamon sticks
-
 1 liter Everclear
 
Instructions
Boil apple cider, apple juice and 8 cinnamon sticks in a large covered pot for 2 hours.
Let cool completely. Remove cinnamon sticks.
Add 1 liter of Everclear. Pour into bottle and add 3 cinnamon sticks.
Enjoy!
