     Dill pickles

Ingredients
5 quarts of water
1 quart of vinegar
1 cup of uniodized salt
Cloves of garlic
Dill
Cucumbers
 

Instructions
Bring water, vinegar, and salt to a full boil. Remove from flame. Let mixture cool slightly. Do Not let mixture get too cool!
Place cucumbers, cloves of garlic and dill into a large bowl (Adjust garlic and dill to taste). Pour hot mixture over. Cover.
Refrigerate. Wait at least 24 hours before eating. Will be good for months.
Serving Suggestions
This is for a large amount of pickles; recipe can be cut in half.
