     Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. Hamburger
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can milk
1 can water
1 small onion diced
1 tsp Garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
bread crumbs
2 eggs
 
1 stalk celery

Instructions
Put milk, water and juice from soup to warm in pan. Mix chicken rice soup without juice,onion, garlic salt, pepper, bread crumbs, eggs and celery into hamburger. Shape into meat balls, brown well in oil and add to soup milk mix. Simmer on very low heat. DO NOT LET IT BOIL, it will curdle-simmer on low, the longer the better.
When ready to serve, thicken with flour and water.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over egg noodles.
