     Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Shortening
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 Cup Flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Add the flour mixture.
Roll dough, and use cookie cutters to cut into shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
Frost with your desired colors.
