     Caramel Bars

Ingredients
1 pkg Caramels
5 TBsp Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Brown sugar
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts.
 

Instructions
Melt the package of caramels and 5 TBSP evaporated milk in a double boiler
CRUST- Mix the brown sugar, butter, oatmeal, flour, salt and baking soda. Press into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Spread caramel on top of crust, add chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake another 4 minutes.
