Raw Portobello Steaks

Ingredients

	4 Portobello mushroom caps
	1/3 cup olive oil
	1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
	1/4 cup maple syrup
	3 tbsps nama shoyu
	Sprinkle pepper


Instructions


Mix together ingredients after mushrooms for the marinade.


Submerge 4 Portobello caps in the marinade. 1 hour will be enough for them to be ready, but overnight in the fridge is even better.
