PANDEYUCAS

Ingredients
-
600 gramos queso campesino rallado o molido
-
300 gramos yucarina
-
1 huevo
-
1/4 cucharadita sal
-
1/4 cucharadita azścar
-
1 cucharadita bajita de polvo de hornear
-
Agua si el queso no esta lo suficientemente humedo
 

Instructions
Prender el horno a 400ŗ. Mezclar la yucarina con el queso, el polvo de hornear, azłcar, sal, huevo. Si la masa esta muy seca agregar el agua que sea necesaria para obtener una masa semiblanda que se deje moldear. Armar los pandeyucas en forma de media luna, o en bolas o en largueros, colocarlos en la lata llevar al horno y hornčarlos mas o menos por 10 minutos.
