4 chicken breasts - boneless and skinless- cut into strips

2 cups sliced onions

1/4 teaspoonful curry powder

1/4 teaspoonful thyme or tarragon

2 cups sliced mushrooms
-
1/2 cup chicken broth
-
1/4 cup white vermouth
-
2 tablespoonfuls butter
-
1 tablespoonful oil
-
Flour
-
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Fry onions in butter and oil.
Toss chicken pieces in flour, salt and pepper.
Add chicken to onions and cook until 1/2 done.
Add the curry powder, tarragon, mushrooms, chicken broth and vermouth. Cook until done.
Serve over rice or pasta
