Mix flour and Crisco together until it resembles cornmeal.
Add buttermilk and stir with a fork until milk is mixed in.
Turn dough onto floured board and knead a few minutes. Pat down
to 1 inch thickness, cut with glass or cookie cutter and place on
ungreased cookie sheet,
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
