1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons each of butter and vegetable oil
12 filo dough sheets
salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Chop or finely mince the onion.
cut the carrot into fine slivers.
thinly slice or mince the mushrooms.
place the prepared veggies into a mixing bowl.
add the bean sprouts,rice vinegar,soy sauce,and sugar to to the veggies.Mix the veggie mixture well.
Melt the butter in a suacepan over low heat. remove from heat.mix the veggie oil and butter together well.To make the rolls,place one sheet at a time of filo dough in front of you. Brush the filo dough with a thin layer of oil and butter.center about 1/2 cup of the veggie mixture at the end of the sheet. the filling should take up about a third of the dough.roll the dough around the filling several times.place on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.assemble the other rolls in the same way.
when the rolls are done,apply one last layer of oil and butter.Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
