Ingredients
1 1/2 cups choc chips
3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
9 oz silken tofu (firm or extra)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup corn syrup
 

Instructions
In pot, combine 1 cup choc chips with margarine. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; set aside.
In bowl, sift together flour/cocoa powder/baking powder. Set aside. Holding tofu over a bowl or sink, gently squeeze to release excess liquid. Transfer to blender; add vanilla and sugar and blend until smooth.
In large bowl, combine melted choc with corn syrup. Add tofu mix and mix well. Fold in flour mixture until just moistened. Add remaining 1/2 cup choc chips.
Spread batter into greased 9x13 pan; bake at 350 for 25-35 mins or until center is firm.
