     Egg/Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
13 pieces of white bread (crust removed)
3/4 lb American cheese
1 stick buter
8 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
optional- crumbled bacon, sausage, ham, pepper, onion or mushrooms
 

Instructions
Place bread slices in bottom of buttered 9 X 13 pan. Melt cheese and butter together and pour over bread. Whip eggs and milk and pour on top. Add any optional toppings.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
