Corn Bread Souffle

Ingredients
-
1 Cup Creamed Corn (8oz)
-
1 Cup Whole Corn (don't drain)
-
1 Box Jiffy Corn Mix
-
2 Beaten Eggs
-
8oz Sour Cream
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients very well. Pour in to a greased casserole dish, pour 1/2 stick of melted butter over the mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350'
Serving Suggestions
Favorite at Thanksgiving and Christmas, but goes great with chicken as well.
