Small Button Mushrooms
Flour
Diner Batter
Ranch Dressing
 
Instructions
Take 20 small button mushrooms and dip them in flour, batter, and then flour again.
Cook at 350 degrees for 4 minutes with an additional basket on top of the mushrooms to keep them submerged in the fry oil.
Serve with a side of ranch on checkered paper in a large basket.
