     Avocado Mango Salsa with Roasted Corn Chips

Ingredients
12 (6 in) corn tortillas, each cut into 6 wedges
Cooking Spray
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup chopped peeled avocado
1 cup chopped peeled mango
1 tbs finely chopped fresh cilantro
4 tsp fresh lime juice
Fresh cilantro sprigs (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Arrange torilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat wedges with cooking spray, sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt evenly over wedges and bake for 8 min or until crisp.
Combine the remaining salt, avocado, mango, cilantro, and juice tossing slightly. Garnish with cliantro sprigs if desired. Let stand 10 min. Serve with chips.
