     Beth's artichoke dish

Ingredients
2 pkg frozen artichokes
2 pkgs frozen spinach
1/2 pt heavy whipping cream
13 oz pkg cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
pinch pepper
 

Instructions
Cook artichokes and place in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with salt.
Beat eggs, cream and cream cheese. Add cooked and well drained spinach, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Spread spinach mixture over artichokes.
Cook at 375 for 30 to 40 min.
