     CHICKEN & SWEETCORN CHOWDER

Ingredients
3 ½ lb Chicken
1 ¼ pts Chicken stock
1 Onion
2 (11oz) tins Sweetcorn
12 oz Potatoes
10 floz cream
 
Instructions
Boil & mash potatoes except 2 Cut up the chicken; chop 2 of the potato and onion and place in a pot with the stock.
Bring to the boil add enough mashed potato to thicken soup simmer for 10 mins. 4.Add the cream and sweetcorn and heat gently for 5 mins
