Combine all ingredients for marinade in small casserole dish. Place mushrooms upside down in marinade and spoon into each cap to form a small pool. Let sit for at least 20 mins.
Preheat oven to 400; cover with tin foil and bake for 30 mins; remove foil and use tongs to flip caps over; cook uncovered for another 10 mins.
