Rinse scallops and palce in a small baking dish just large enough to hold them in 1 layer.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and toss to coat. Cut margarine into bits and divide among
scallops. Add wine to baking dish and bake 15 min. Remove from oven and turn on broiler.
Sprinkle scallops with parmesan and place under broiler 5 to 10 sec. Watch carefully they will
brown quickly. Season with salt and pepper.
