Preheat oven to 375. Flour and grease a 8 x4 x3 inch loaf pan.
Combine margarine and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add egg and sour cream; mix
well. Combine dry ingredients. Alternately add to creamed mixture with banana, mixing well
after each addition. Add lemon juice, stirring until blended.
Spoon into loaf pan and bake for 50 min or until bread tests done.
