Combine sugar, cocoa, and milk in a sauce pan. Add margarine. Stir over medium heat until
mixture comes to full boil. Boil 90 secs. Remove from heat and immediately add oats, peanut
butter, and vanilla. Mix well and drop mixture by tsp onto waxed paper. Let cool and harden
at room temperature (this may take several hrs).
