Put salmon in buttered baking dish and pierce with fork. Combine mustard, butter, and
honey; pour over salmon. Sprinkle bread crumbs over salmon and press to form crust.
Season with garlic powder and lemon pepper. (Can be prepared up to 6 hrs in advance. Cover
and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before baking).
