     Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
4 (6oz) salmon fillets
2 tbs dijon mustard
2 tbs butter, melted
1½ tbs honey
bread crumbs
lemon pepper
garlic powder
salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450.
Put salmon in buttered baking dish and pierce with fork. Combine mustard, butter, and honey; pour over salmon. Sprinkle bread crumbs over salmon and press to form crust. Season with garlic powder and lemon pepper. (Can be prepared up to 6 hrs in advance. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before baking).
Bake for 12 to 15 min on middle oven rack.
